1- preparation of a strategic study and update the basic design for cities comprehensive all strategic studies and planning with regard to the fields of education and health, commercial, industrial, agricultural, services and infrastructure services and expand the municipal boundaries of the city.
2- carry out Geography Information System (GIS) to the cities and update the topographic maps and those basic design.
